Is it appropriate to engage doctors through a platform?

Yes. UCPMP recognises fair remuneration for genuine professional services such as advisory work, expert talks and scientific review. What the code asks for is documentation and defensibility, which is precisely what every White Bench engagement produces by design.

Never. Funds move through an RBI authorised payment partner into a regulated account and are settled with the doctor on completion. White Bench has no access to client funds at any point.

Every doctor’s identity is confirmed against their registration in the National Medical Register, with a one time password establishing that the right person holds the profile. Engagement history then builds on that verified identity.

The platform computes the correct deduction on every settlement under Sections 194J and 194R of the Income Tax Act, and hands your finance team the documentation automatically.
